Douglas D. Stiles

SUPERINTENDENT

Mr. Stiles has twenty years of environmental investigations, remedial actions, underground storage tank removals, tank tightness testing, and site assessments. He has extensive field experience in remedial action, demolition and excavation. Mr. Stiles’s responsibilities include supervision, project management and technical review for projects. He is responsible for the bidding, negotiation of projects, preparation of proposals and work plans. In consulting he has worked with the client, agent and/or project manager for a variety of commercial, industrial, private, and public projects. He helped developed cost effective project approaches and worked closely with client and/or project manager to determine how to best address their concerns and site specific needs within applicable regulatory requirements.
As a general contractor Mr. Stiles has experience in remedial action alternatives. He has the ability to collect data, analyze data, and provide data interpretation in very high stress situations that demands immediate action. He has the ability to perform a variety of technical and non-technical functions related to the operation. He has supervised and managed various city, state and federal projects. Mr. Stiles is a certified tank remover/cleaner, site assessor, certified OSHA, 40 Hazwoper, excavator, and CDL driver.

Todd Meyer

Jennifer M. Doyle

EXECUTIVE OFFICES MANAGER

Mrs. Doyle has over 18 years of experience in environmental engineering and science. She oversees the day-to-day internal operations including but not limited to: estimating for the bidding process, submitting bids, obtaining bid bonds and performance bond/payment bond, ensuring that the proper personnel and technical review are available for projects, and accounts payable and receivable. In addition Mrs. Doyle coordinates field activity with geologists, environmental engineers, logistics, Office of the State Fire Marshal, Environmental Protection Agency, Department of Natural Resources, Department of Commerce, and Department of Transportation, guaranteeing that all requirements are met throughout each project.
